- Consultations — a consultation is recommended for complex services. We reserve the right to refuse service or modify a service plan based on hair health or other professional assessment.
- Results — individual results may vary based on hair type, condition, and history. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes for color, chemical, or other treatments.
- Health and safety — clients must disclose any known allergies, scalp conditions, or recent chemical treatments prior to service. We are not liable for reactions due to undisclosed conditions.
Appointments
Booking & Cancellation
Appointments are managed through Vagaro, our online booking system. Specific cancellation policies are governed by Vagaro's booking terms.
Note: Appointment-specific cancellation windows, late fees, and no-show policies are set within our Vagaro booking system. Please review the details when booking at vagaro.com/sinkorbeautysalon1.
- Booking confirmation — your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from Vagaro or our team.
- Cancellations — we ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee per our Vagaro policy.
- Tardiness — arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at our discretion to avoid delays for other clients.
- Rescheduling — we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
