Exchanges
30-Day Exchange Policy
Changed your mind? Need a different texture or length? Sinkor offers exchanges on all weave bundles and closures within 30 days of purchase — no conditions on the hair's current state.
All weave bundles and closures are eligible for exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Hair can be exchanged even if it has been worn, installed, cut, colored, or styled. We understand hair needs to be tried to know if it's right for you.
Custom and bespoke orders are eligible for exchange only — they are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges on custom orders are offered at our discretion.
How to exchange: Contact us by phone at (302) 464-3292 during business hours — Mon–Sat 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We'll walk you through the process and find the right replacement for you.
Refunds
30-Day Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase on bundles and closures returned in original condition. Here is what that means:
Bundles and closures must be unopened and not unraveled to qualify for a refund.
Closures must have lace and straps intact — undamaged and in original packaging condition.
Sale items are final sale — items purchased at a discounted or sale price are not eligible for refunds.
Custom/bespoke orders are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
Note: If your hair has been worn, cut, colored, installed, or styled — it is no longer eligible for a refund, but it is eligible for an exchange. See our exchange policy above.
